These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MarketMind platform ("Service") operated by MarketMind ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MarketMind is an AI-powered market intelligence dashboard that aggregates publicly available financial news, market data, and geopolitical information. The Service uses artificial intelligence to surface trends, summarize events, and highlight potential market implications. Features include:

• Real-time market data (stock indices, cryptocurrency prices, sector performance)
• AI-analyzed news feed with sentiment and impact annotations
• Portfolio tracking (manually entered positions)
• Configurable price alerts
• Fear & Greed index, sector heatmap, and market opportunity summaries
• AI chat assistant for market Q&A

2. Not Financial Advice

All content, analysis, signals, and AI-generated commentary provided by MarketMind is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• A guarantee of any financial outcome

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on any information obtained through MarketMind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that these conditions are met.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@marketmind.ai. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Terms

• Free plan: Access to the core dashboard, AI event feed, and limited features at no charge.
• Pro plan: $29 per month, billed monthly. Includes portfolio tracker, price alerts, advanced AI analysis, and priority features.
• Free trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis via Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Changes to pricing: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription pricing. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from MarketMind in bulk without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure
• Share, resell, or redistribute any content or AI analysis from MarketMind as your own
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to manipulate, mislead, or defraud other market participants

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Market data, news content, and AI analysis are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We rely on third-party data providers (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, public RSS feeds) and AI models (Anthropic Claude). We make no guarantees regarding the:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data
• Reliability or correctness of AI-generated analysis or signals
• Uninterrupted availability of the Service

Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Always verify critical financial information with authoritative sources before making decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, branding, and original content created by MarketMind is our intellectual property. Third-party news content is attributed to its original sources. You retain ownership of portfolio and alert data you enter.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketMind and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any investment or financial decisions made in reliance on content from MarketMind
• Inaccuracies in market data or AI analysis
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketMind from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
